powerTV Aftermarket News Update: July 2007

It's been an exciting year for powerTV, one of the fastest growing online media companies in the automotive aftermarket. We put together this news update for everyone following along with our progress to create the leading online video portal for this market using a core of three tools: high-impact online advertising in vertical markets, online editorial video content creation, and an online video platform which helps companies broadcast content effieciently in a fully viral manner.

:: Over 1,000 user videos uploaded to powerTV Video Network in last 60 days, over 500,000 user generated videos broadcasted
With the explosion of video on the internet, it is no surprise that over 1,000 videos have been uploaded to the powerTV network in the last days! With users, manufacturers, racers, and enthusiasts becoming more internet savvy, the desire for online interactive content has been tremendous! The powerTV video network has broadcast in excess of 500,000 user generated videos since launch!

:: Dart Machinery to Launch Digital Media Campaign with powerTV, Relaunch Web Site
Dart Machinery and powerTV have teamed up to help Dart Machinery reach the online automotive enthusiast. Dart Machinery will be utilizing powerTV to help build interactive video into their upcoming new web site, create editorial video content on Dart Machine cylinder heads and blocks, and to create an online advertising campaign using both display banner advertising and online TV commercials. According to Dart's Rick Voegelin, "PowerTV is an ideal medium for reaching Dart's core customer group, the sportsman racers. We believe that our new digital marketing program will provide an entertaining and informative medium for our customers, which is available 24/7 for their convenience."

:: BMR Fabrication, Tremec Transmissions, Spec Clutch, to Launch Ad Campaigns
BMR Fabrications, Tremec Transmissions, and Spec Clutch will be launching new ad campaigns across NMRA TV, LSX TV, or Street Legal TV starting in June or July 2007. BMR will be using powerTV to market suspension components to the LSX market using both advertising campaigns and editorial video creative. Tremec Transmissions will be working with powerTV to create an online video on Tremec transmissions swaps, as well as deploying an ad campaign across Street Legal TV to read the Hot Rod & Muscle Car Market. Spec Clutch has kicked off an ad program across LSX TV to reach the late model Corvette, Camaro, and LS1 market place.

:: Comp Cams & Holley TV serve over 250,000 minutes on online video in first two (2) months
Holley TV & Comp Cam's Power & Performance TV online video channels have served over 250,000 minutes of online video content in only two months since launch. Holley TV, having broadcast over 75,000 online videos since May 2007, has grown to the largest powerTV affiliate video site on the network. Both Holley & Comp have stocked their online video sites with new editorial content, event coverage, and product reviews, as well as existing legacy videos from past TV show productions. :: NMRA TV, LSX TV, and Street Legal TV to Accept User Video Uploads starting July 1
Viewers and visitors to NMRA TV, LSX TV, and Street Legal TV can now upload videos that they have created directly to their favorite online video channels! powerTV's online video uploader works with most video formats, including .mov (quicktime), .flv (flash), .wmv (windows media), .mp4 (mpeg4), and others. In the first week over 100 unique videos were uploaded by enthusiasts from all over the United States.

:: Over 50 New Forums to Launch Video Channels on the powerTV Network
powerTV has added over 50 new forum partners in the last 2 months to build out the powerTV video network. These forums will incorporate the powerTV video player and technology into their forum and web site and work together with powerTV to create and broadcast syndicated video content. Once online, these channels will be able to access and play video content from participating manufacturers video libraries if they have a powerTV video channel. In addition, advertisers will be able to place ads across these partner video channels, a feature expected to launch full-scale in 2008. Notable new powerTV partner channels include: All Ford Mustangs (Late Model Mustang); North American Motoring (Mini Cooper); Shift-Lock.net (Drifting); Zcar.com (Classic Nissan Z's); 50tech.com (Late Model Mustang); EPhatch (Honda), and SRO Magazine/JDM Mix (Sport Compact/Drifting).
